GENERAL CONDITION

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are made for pitches and mobile homes. Reservation queries may be submitted through online inquiry form, e-mail or fax at least 7 days before the planned arrival. On the inquiry, the guest will receive a response within the shortest possible time.Mobile-home bookings are only accepted for a minimum stayof 7days in the period from 13 June 2015 to 5 September 2015.

When booking a pitch or mobile home, the guest is required to pay a prepayment until the date indicated in the offer. It is possible to make advance payment online or via bank transfer. The reservation is confirmed after advance payment is made and the guest will receive confirmation in written form. If the advance payment has not been made within the defined period, the reservation will be considered invalid. In case of online payment, the account will be debited in Croatian Kuna (HRK) with possible minimum exchange rate differences. When paying via bank transfer, Straško Camp is not liable for any bank fees.

RESERVATION MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
It is possible to modify arrival and departure dates only in writing (e-mail, fax). The Sales and marketing department is then obliged to notify the acceptance of a change or cancellation in written form. The amount of the prepayment is only refunded in case of a cancellation 31 days before the arrival, but it is reduced by the amount of the bank expenses. In case of a cancellation that is not done on time, or if the guest doesn’t arrive, the amount of the prepayment is retained.

ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE
Pitches Arrival: from 12h until 23h Departure: until 12h The arrival to and departure is possible every day. Later Arrival: The reserved pitch waits for the guest until 23h of the following day, but the whole reserved time period is charged. After that the camp has the right to resell the pitch. Later departure: For the stay in the camp after 12 h an additional day is charged. Earlier departure: If there’s no compelling reason for the shortening of the reservation, the guest is obliged to pay the whole reserved time period (for the pitch –price for unoccupied pitch should be paid)	Mobile homes Arrival: from 17h until 23h Departure: till 10h Arrival and departure of the guests staying in our mobile homes is possible only on Saturdays or Wednesdays (unless otherwise agreed in advance with the sales department). Later Arrival: The reserved mobile home waits for the guest until 23 h of the following day, but the whole reserved time period is charged. After that the camp has the right to resell the pitch. Earlier departure: If there’s no compelling reason for the shortening of the reservation, the guest is obliged to pay the whole reserved time period. Later departure: For a stay after 10 h an additional day is charged.
Earlier departure: If there’s no compelling reason for the shortening of the reservation, the guest is obliged to pay the whole reserved time period (for the mobile home - daily price) Fresh bed linen and towels are provided on the eighth day of the stay at the campsite, free of charge. Additional bed linen and towel change is available at an extra cost.

PAYMENT AT THE RECEPTION
To avoid possible delays on the day of departure, guests are advised to settle their bill one day prior to their departure. The bill can be paid from 7h until 21h at the camp reception. Payment can be made by credit cards and/or in cash, only in HRK. The prices indicated in EUR are informative. The members of CCI, DCC, ADAC, INF/FNI, KUH/UKH and HAK get a 10% discount on the price per person, while in the period from 18.06. until 01.09. the discount is 5%. It is possible to get discount only for the stay on the pitch or on camping plot and only with cash payments. One discount excludes the other.

INSURANCE
Management is not responsible for any thefts, accidents, damages of property and injuries. Likewise, the management accepts no responsibility for damage caused by thunder-storms, hail, fallen trees, branches, pine cones, illnesses, epidemics, ﬁres, natural catastrophes and other. The guests are recommended to insure themselves at an insurance company of their choice, against possible risks during their stay in the camp.

Hadria d.o.o. undertakes to protect customers' personal data by collecting only the basic information about customers/users that are necessary to fulfil our obligations; to inform the customers about the way the collected data is used, and regularly provide the customers a choice about the ways in which their personal data will be used, including the choice whether or not to have their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All customers’ data will be kept strictly confidential and made available only to those employees who need access to your information in order to do their jobs.
